As like Takoyaki, they use sauce and mayonnaise, seaweed flakes.
And also, yaki comes from grill/fry.
Okonomiyaki is mainly associated with the Kansai and Hiroshima.
Tokyo made a semi liquid Okonomiyaki, "Monjayaki".
Osaka and Kansai region Okonomiyaki is good!
