What to practice
I practice running and playing soccer.
I run Osaka castle 1 lap that is almost 5km.
Because I want to run better than now and get more stamina.
I practice soccer to win the next match.

With my mom and sometimes dad.

I wake up at 5:30 and start running at 6:00.
Soccer training from 6:40.
How to wake up
Set 2 alarms and go to bed earlier.
